Greenwood Community Center

The Greenwood Community Center, completed in 2021, is a 15,000 sq ft facility designed to be a welcoming and inclusive hub for the Seattle community. Our architectural team focused on creating an open, flexible layout that could adapt to a wide range of activities—from youth programs and senior gatherings to fitness classes and cultural events. The design incorporates natural light, eco-friendly materials, and ADA-compliant access to ensure comfort, sustainability, and inclusivity. Key features include a large multipurpose hall, breakout rooms, and outdoor gathering spaces that reflect the spirit of neighborhood connectivity. The center stands as a testament to community-focused design, promoting well-being, engagement, and togetherness through thoughtful architecture.
