The challenge
From complexity to clarity
Auro’s existing digital experience was cluttered and confusing, making it hard for users to focus on what mattered. The challenge was to simplify the interface and craft a system that communicated transparency, ease, and trust without losing its character.
The analysis phase
Understanding user frustration and behavior
Before redesigning Auro’s experience, we conducted user research to uncover key friction points. Through usability tests and customer interviews, we discovered that users valued clarity and directness — insights that shaped a cleaner, more intuitive design system.

Strategy
Clarity as a Core Principle
The strategy for Auro was founded on one central idea — clarity in every form. We set out to design a digital ecosystem that embodies Auro’s meticulous approach to design: simple, transparent, and effortless to navigate. Every interface element was crafted to reduce cognitive load and enhance user focus.
To achieve this, we redefined the brand’s visual hierarchy and interaction flow, creating a layout system that supports both depth and lightness. The goal was to ensure that users could intuitively grasp information while still feeling inspired by the aesthetics.
The roadmap included developing a scalable design system and documentation process, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints while allowing for creative flexibility in future product evolutions.
