Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist customers with queries, issues, and feedback. Your role is to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and calls
2. Resolve product or service problems in a timely manner
3. Maintain records of customer interactions
4. Escalate unresolved issues to higher support tiers
5. Collect customer feedback for process improvement
Required Skills
1. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
2. Patience and empathy in handling customer concerns
3. Proficiency in CRM systems like Zendesk or Freshdesk
4. Ability to multitask and stay organized
5. Good command of written and spoken English
