Job Description
We are looking for an HR Associate to assist in various HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and employee engagement. You will be key in maintaining a positive and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and onboarding
2. Maintain employee records and HR databases
3. Support payroll processing and leave management
4. Organize training sessions and team-building activities
5. Respond to employee queries and maintain HR policies
Required Skills
1. Basic knowledge of HR processes and employment laws
2. Good interpersonal and organizational skills
3. Familiarity with HR software (HRMS)
4. Excellent verbal and written communication
5. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
