Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, and keyword optimization tools. Should be able to improve ranking and traffic.

  • Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Analytics. Should know how to create, run, and track campaigns.

  • Content creation skills—blogs, ads, and web copy. Should write persuasive and brand-aligned messaging.

  • Social media management on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. Able to grow and engage audiences.

  • Experience with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Sendinblue. Able to create and automate email flows.

  • Strong analytical skills for A/B testing, conversion tracking, and ROI measurement.

  • Understanding of digital KPIs like CTR, bounce rate, CPC, and conversion rate.

  • Familiar with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow. Able to update content regularly.

  • Creativity and research mindset. Able to spot trends and capitalize on them quickly.

  • Clear communication and reporting skills. Able to present marketing insights effectively to teams.
