We’re looking for a creative UI/UX Designer to develop user-centric designs for web and mobile platforms. You’ll collaborate with developers, conduct user research, and turn insights into functional and aesthetic interfaces. This position is ideal for design thinkers who are passionate about creating seamless user experiences.
Requirements
Proficient in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Able to create high-fidelity wireframes and clickable prototypes.
Strong understanding of UX design principles. Should prioritize user goals and usability in every screen.
Able to design responsive layouts for mobile and web. Should be familiar with grid systems and breakpoints.
Experience conducting usability testing and user interviews. Able to gather insights and iterate based on feedback.
Familiar with design systems and component-based design. Able to maintain consistency across products.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge. Able to understand feasibility and communicate with developers effectively.
Strong visual design sense—typography, color theory, and spacing. Able to create polished, modern interfaces.
Skilled at working with cross-functional teams and product managers. Comfortable in collaborative design sprints.
Experience in A/B testing or analytics tools is a plus. Understands how to measure and iterate UX.
Clear communication and storytelling skills. Can present design rationale effectively to stakeholders.
