As an HR Executive, you'll manage hiring, onboarding, and employee relations while supporting a productive workplace. The ideal candidate will be a people-first professional with a strong understanding of HR operations and the ability to handle both employee engagement and compliance responsibilities with care.

Requirements
  • Strong grasp of HR processes including hiring, onboarding, and exit formalities. Must be comfortable with documentation.

  • Experience using HR software or HRMS platforms. Able to manage records and generate reports efficiently.

  • Good understanding of labor laws and workplace compliance. Able to handle statutory documentation and audits.

  • Proven ability to engage employees through surveys, feedback, and wellness programs.

  • Skilled in recruitment via portals like LinkedIn and Naukri. Able to screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews.

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Able to mediate employee concerns professionally.

  • Capable of managing confidential data securely. Should understand data protection norms.

  • Good organizational and multitasking skills. Able to balance multiple HR tasks simultaneously.

  • Experience with payroll or coordination with finance is a bonus.

  • Comfortable working across departments and supporting managers with HR queries and updates
