Capable of managing confidential data securely. Should understand data protection norms.
Good organizational and multitasking skills. Able to balance multiple HR tasks simultaneously.
Experience with payroll or coordination with finance is a bonus.
Comfortable working across departments and supporting managers with HR queries and updates
