Building a next-gen retail hub during material shortages required radical reinvention. We prefabricated 85% of structural components off-site to overcome supply delays, while our "just-in-time" logistics hub 8 miles away fed the site via synchronized drone monitoring. To achieve LEED Platinum with zero site storage, we engineered vertical construction: below-grade parking excavation simultaneously with upper-level retail framing.

Results & Legacy

Now open, MetroGrove generates 2x the footfall of conventional malls through experiential engineering: the 2-acre "Digital Grove" plaza adapts to concerts/farmers markets via retractable photovoltaic canopies, while AI-driven parking guidance slashes search times by 73%. Sustainability benchmarks exceed targets – 1.2M gallons of annual rainwater irrigate living walls that cool microclimates by 11°F.
