Robert Rose
Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of the AdaForge Foundation, Robert Rose brings more than 20 years of leadership experience, including his time at PwC, where he led pioneering initiatives in digital innovation. Under his leadership, the Foundation has emerged as a driving force for blockchain adoption, delivering impactful advancements in decentralized governance and sustainability.

Reese Whitman
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer of the AdaForge Foundation, Reese Whitman leads the organization’s technical strategy and open-source product development. He brings prior experience as co-founder and CTO of Procivis AG, as well as a background as a software engineer at UBS.

Max Johnson
Chief Legal Officer
Max Johnson serves as the Chief Legal Officer at the AdaForge Foundation, overseeing legal operations as well as regulatory and policy initiatives. Prior to joining the Foundation, he worked at the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) and earned a PhD focused on the intersection of blockchain technology and financial market regulation.
