We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we make returns and exchanges simple and hassle-free.

Return Policy

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchange Policy

  • Need a different size or color? No problem!

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at barefit@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. We’ll share the return shipping instructions.

  3. Once we receive and approve your item, we’ll issue store credit or ship the new item.

Things to Keep in Mind

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.
