Access to and use of the services of Trevellife, LLC (“Trevellife” and/or “our”) and our website is subject to your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). By accessing, using, or obtaining any content, products, or services through our offices or website, you, the traveler and/or purchaser (“Customer” and “you/your”), agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

These Terms govern the relationship between Trevellife and you, the Customer. They outline limitations of liability, disclaimers, and protections for Trevellife. No employee, travel advisor, or representative of Trevellife may alter these Terms unless expressly authorized in writing by an officer of Trevellife.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
It is solely your responsibility to obtain and carry valid passports, visas, and all required documents in compliance with applicable laws and government regulations. The U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) require travelers to present acceptable identification to board flights (see: tsa.gov).
Passports should remain valid at least six (6) months beyond your travel dates. Non-U.S. citizens may require additional documentation. Minors traveling without both parents may require notarized consent forms. Failure to comply may result in denied boarding or travel delays, for which Trevellife bears no responsibility.
ENTRY & EXIT REQUIREMENTS
Each country has its own rules for entry and may deny admission based on past offenses or visa issues. Trevellife cannot guarantee visa issuance or entry approval. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all visas are valid and accurate. Trevellife is not liable for losses caused by denied entry or visa issues.
RISKS & SAFETY
Travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk. Trevellife encourages customers to monitor current travel advisories through state.gov , cdc.gov , and other official sources.
By booking travel through Trevellife, you acknowledge that travel inherently involves risk and that Trevellife is not responsible for losses, damages, or costs resulting from such risks.
PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Payments and cancellations are subject to Trevellife’s policies and the terms of each travel supplier (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, etc.). Deposits may be non-refundable. Cancellation penalties will apply, and refunds are subject to supplier rules. Customers are responsible for reviewing and understanding all cancellation terms prior to booking.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Trevellife acts solely as an agent for independent suppliers providing travel services. We do not own, control, or operate airlines, hotels, transportation companies, or other service providers. Each supplier is responsible for its own services, and Trevellife is not liable for:

Service disruptions, delays, or cancellations

Acts of nature, strikes, political unrest, or other force majeure events
By booking with Trevellife, you agree that any recovery is limited to the commissions and fees paid directly to Trevellife for your booking.
FORCE MAJEURE
Trevellife is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, terrorism, labor strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Trevellife strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment against cancellation, medical emergencies, trip interruptions, and lost baggage. Unless stated otherwise, insurance is not included in your trip cost.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with Trevellife’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
Trevellife reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of Trevellife services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
