Advance Booking Deposit

To confirm an appointment, a non-refundable advance of INR 500 is required.
This amount is adjustable against your final bill and is payable once per appointment.

Final Payment

The remaining balance for your selected service will be payable at the venue after your session.

Rescheduling

While the INR 500 advance is non-refundable, it can be transferred to a new appointment date if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

No-Shows & Late Arrivals

If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the session will be marked as a no-show and the advance will be forfeited.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may not be accommodated and will also be treated as a no-show.

Same-Day Appointments

For same-day bookings, cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the advance. A new deposit will be required to rebook.

Special Treatments

Certain treatments may require a higher deposit. This will be communicated at the time of booking. These deposits are also non-refundable but may be rescheduled with adequate notice.

Cancellations or Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us via call or WhatsApp only.
Responses to automated emails or text messages will not be considered valid cancellations.
